Return & Exchange Policy

Online Returns

Thank you for shopping at Nobaday.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 21 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange unused product purchased at Nobaday.com. You may return qualifying items via mail or in store for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. To be eligible for a return/exchange the merchandise must be unworn and have original tickets and/or tags attached accompanied with a receipt. In order to return a snowboard the original plastic wrap must be intact. If the item is not in the original packing we will charge a 15% restocking fee. 

For the returns, you can simply package your item and ship it back the address below. Please include your order no. inside the package. After we received the pakcage, we will issue you the refund.

You can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

In-store Returns and Exchange

Online orders can be returned in store.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase in store, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return the unworn merchandise in the original form of payment. In order to receive a full refund the merchandise purchased must have original tickets and/or tags attached accompanied with a receipt. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. In order for us to honor the exchange merchandise purchased must  have original tickets and/or tags attached accompanied with a receipt. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange. To request an exchange, please contact info@nobaday.com.
