RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return conditions:

Please ensure that the returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales. Specifically include the following requirements:
1. The product is in good condition. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function;
2. The outer packaging of the product is complete;
3. Have original tickets and/or tags attached accompanied with a receipt.
4.Return a snowboard the original plastic wrap must be intact. If the item is not in the original packing we will charge a 15% restocking fee

Online Returns

Thank you for shopping at nobaday.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 21 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange unused product purchased at Nobaday.com. You may return qualifying items via mail for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. 

As part of our return policy, we do not provide return labels for returns that are not due to quality issues

You can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

Return Process

Initiate Return Request: Please visit our website to find your order and navigate to the to the "Returns" section. Make sure to provide all necessary details, including your order number and reason for the return.

Providing Return Tracking Number: After shipping the item(s), please provide us with the return tracking number. This will allow us to track the return shipment and expedite the processing of your return.

Return Approval: Upon receiving the return tracking number, we will review your return request and approve it accordingly.

Return Shipment: Please ensure that the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.Please make sure the packaging and tags are there, and place a note with the order number inside the package

Refund/Exchange: If your return request is approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.If you want to change to a different size or color, you can return the order and purchase a new one.
