  • Orders under $100.00: For orders below $100.00, shipping prices is $10. During the checkout process, the applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed. You will have the opportunity to review and confirm these charges before making your payment.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 7 business days from the time of purchase for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out within 7-15 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary based on order processing and the distance between your shipping address and our distribution center.

International Shipping:

  • Free Economic Shipping: We are pleased to offer free economic shipping worldwide for international orders. This option allows you to enjoy our products without incurring any shipping fees. Please note that this option may have longer transit times compared to expedited shipping methods. During certain promotions or sales events, free shipping may not be available.

  • International Shipping Rates: For expedited shipping or for customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer various shipping options with associated rates. Return/Exchange Policy for International Orders:

  • Missing Packages: Nobaday is not responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered by our shipping carrier. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for missing packages.

  • Online Chat Support: To initiate the cancellation process, please reach out to our online chat support as soon as possible. Our dedicated support team will assist you in canceling the order if it has not yet been shipped.

  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel it. In such cases, we recommend referring to our return/exchange policy (as applicable) once you receive the order.


In-Store Pick-Up and Return Policy:

In-Store Pick-Up:

  • Free In-Store Pick-Up: We provide free in-store pick-up for eligible orders. Simply select the "In-Store Pick-Up" option during the checkout process.

  • Location: Our in-store pick-up location is at 431 N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036. This is where you can collect your order once it is ready for pick-up.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow a processing time of 24 hours from the time of purchase for your order to be prepared for in-store pick-up. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email or phone call to confirm its availability for pick-up.

  • Identification Required: When picking up your order, please bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and the order confirmation email. This is to ensure a secure and accurate handover of the items to the rightful recipient.

In-Store Returns:

  • Free In-Store Returns: We offer free in-store returns for eligible items. If you wish to return an item purchased online, you can bring it to our 431 N Fairfax Ave store location.

  • Return Eligibility: Please note that not all items may be eligible for in-store returns. Certain product categories or items may have specific return policies or conditions.
