NOBADAY MYSTERY BOX | PURCHASE GUIDE

Thank you for choosing the NOBADAY Mystery Box! Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. Random Selection & Return Policy

Items are randomly selected for each Mystery Box. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to color, style, product selection, or personal preference.

2. Mystery Box Pricing

Please note that the Mystery Box purchase price is different from the original retail price (MSRP) of individual items. The box may contain products with varying original retail prices. Individual item prices do not determine the purchase price of the Mystery Box.

3. Size Selection

Please provide your gender, height, and weight at checkout to help us select the most suitable size for you.

4. Unboxing & After-Sales Support

We recommend recording a video while opening your Mystery Box. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@nobaday.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos or video evidence. Our team will be happy to assist you.
